• 8 yrs experience – IS Industry • 6 yrs experience – RPG Preferably on AS400 platform • Working knowledge of SQL, Command Language/400, API’s • Experience with HEAT, Aldon, Create Print/400 desired • Working knowledge of Lawson General Ledger a plus • Life insurance and annuity product software experience preferred • Experience defining and documenting customer requirements

Policyholder Service Representative This position is in the rapidly growing division of Life Insurance New Business and Policyholder Services at Oxford Life Insurance Company. The duties of this position will include but are not limited to entering new policies in administration software, resolving pending policies, premium processing, making phone calls and other projects as assigned. Requirements Candidates will have experience doing data entry with a high degree of accuracy in a large volume environment and have worked in a customer service role.
