Craig Foley holds the position of AVP and Regional Director for the Southeast Region

He joined Oxford Life^® with 20 years of leadership experience which includes over 12 years of success in the financial services and insurance industry. His career covers serving as a securities registered representative, licensed life & health personal producer, along with various sales and management positions.

Craig received his Bachelor Degree in Finance and Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Tulsa.

Scott Overstreet is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life^® for the Northwest Region.

He joins us with over 20 years of personal production and training experience, along with having qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table.  He has the industry designations of Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and a Fellowship from the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF). He holds a life & health insurance license.

Scott earned a Bachelor in Marketing from Arizona State University. He received a Master in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on Sales Psychology, from Capella University.  He is also fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish.

James Codney is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life for the Southwest Region.

With over 10 years in the insurance industry, Jim previously was a program manager with Oxford Life. Prior to this, he was in sales and branch office management. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the daily challenges of our producers.

Chad Knies is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life for the Northeast Region.

Chad joins Oxford Life with over 15 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He has served as Vice-President of Marketing for both insurance and marketing companies in support of life and annuity distribution.

Chad holds a life and health insurance license. He received his Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Indiana State University.
