• You will answer general product/rental inquiries and secure and/or schedule reservations for    U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing devices and storage rooms.

This individual will be responsible for handling 70-90 incoming calls per day and responding to written correspondence on our Medicare Supplement product. Insurance or office experience (medical or general) is helpful, but not required. Customer service experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
