Provide market research and analytical analysis of insurance and financial data using and applying a variety of statistical and modeling techniques. Marketing Analyst will:
• Produce annual marketing sales forecasts for life insurance, annuity and Medicare supplement insurance product lines.
• Analyze, interpret and utilize database information to produce monthly, quarterly and annual projections and make business recommendations.
• Generate ideas for value-added Management Information.
• Provide insight into key causes of over/under performance through analytical methods.

Position requirements:

Oxford Life Insurance is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to analyze legal and regulatory issues assigned by the Director of Compliance and conduct the necessary legal and regulatory research to provide an appropriate executive summary and recommendations in report form, including recommendations for actions to be taken by the Company. The analyst will also assist the Director of Compliance in monitoring and researching federal and state laws and regulations, for compliance trends and changes that affect the Company’s life insurance business and its corporate operations and assist in providing guidance to the Company on such trends or changes.
Investigate, respond to, and track policyholder, contract holder, producer and Department of Insurance complaints. Create quarterly reports regarding complaint activity by company. File all policy and contract forms, applications, advertising and other documents related to the submittal of a product filing with the state Departments of Insurance for approval. Prepare, file and track the state corporate reports that are required to be filed on behalf of all four companies.
EXPEREINCE REQUIRED:
* Paralegal designation or Juris Doctorate or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years of insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience is preferred
* 3-5 years legal research and writing experience is required
* Work experience in a corporate law department a plus

Create stored procedures to pull information from a SQL 2005 Database. Assist in creating email blasts. Ensure that all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types. Offer input and assistance with new design ideas for the site.
